The Novel The Butcher and the Wren starts with the dueling views of an infamous serial killer and the health worker following in which his path of sufferers leads. The book goes fast paced and the chaser and hunted storyline is nice enough.The uniqueness of the character makes the story fresh, like the criminal takes the victim (kidnapped) to a place and torture them. With back story equally unique and solid , thrill is real and can be felt while reading the book.
The story of the novel is quite fast – paced and full of many good as well as bad twist and turns which can entertain a lot and make us as reader to read till the very end, story is not so fascinating but creativity in the writing covers it.
Also ending may seem abrupt because as a criminal shooting someone for self – benefit is not a big deal so not shooting Wren is quite a shock!. Characters can be good or bad according to one’s choice, but after the reviews i received many people think that the scope of the improvement of characters are very large.

This was so well written and had twists that I never saw coming. It was refreshing. The author was very descriptive and it really helped set the story telling is also good and make you feel like you were there. I really enjoyed the ending and hope to see a sequel in the future!

Storytelling in Novel is cliques and a slow first half of the book. The ending was shocking in my opinion and too abrupt. Characters are not developed at all.
